ASSISTANT DIRECTOR-Office of Student Activities- Pay Grade 41, DOE&Q, This position reports to the Director of Student Activities and assists with the administration, fiscal management, and evaluation of approximately 200 student programs sponsored annually through the Office of Student Activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly advising student committees and supervising two graduate assistants. This individual will also be responsible for supervising up to four graduate assistants, four student employees and a full-time senior secretary in the absence of the Director. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR-State Relations- Pay Grade 42, DOE&Q, This position is responsible for providing staff support to the Office of State Relations, and immediate support to the Associate Vice President and Director of State Relations (AVPSR). Position provides assistance in legislative analysis, monitoring of legislative and state government activities, serves as a legislative liaison, and provides other support as needed to the AVPSR.
