the right time. The Manager's Toolkit focuses on how to strengthen the knowledge,
skills, and abilities of supervisors and managers at the University of Tennessee.
Tools and Job Aids
List of job aids and tip sheets supervisors can use when specific issues
must be addressed in the workplace. The tools provide refresher training
for many of the management and supervision classes that Employee &
Organizational Development (EOD) provides as part of
its regular curriculum.

Making a Difference: Supervisory Newsletter
Making a Difference is a supervisory newsletter produced by EOD that
is available to all UT faculty and staff through campus mail and an email
distribution list. Its content provides advice and techniques that will help supervisors manage their
operations more efficiently and effectively.
