Making A Difference is a supervisory newsletter available here online for your perusal. This newsletter is also available to all UT faculty and staff through campus mail and an email distribution list. Its content provides tips and techniques that will help supervisors manage their operations more efficiently and effectively.

Employee & Organizational Development offers seminars and consulting services that can help University of Tennessee supervisors and managers develop these plans.

Key strategic issues all supervisors and managers should know about their office or department is how STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES and ACTION PLANS are developed, how STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES and ACTION PLANS are deployed, and how progress is measured.
