2007 TRAINING NEEDS ASSESSMENT
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSESSMENT?
Identify how
training can influence the University of Tennessee’s drive towards greater
effectiveness. Employee & Organizational Development will use the results of
this survey to measure the university’s performance needs and identify
disconnects in the training process.
WHAT WILL BE THE RESULTS OF THE ASSESSMENT?
Changes in the training products and services: new classes, outreach,
WILL MY RESPONSES BE ANONYMOUS?
Yes, your responses will be anonymous. Participant IDs and passwords will be
generated randomly, so individuals can't be identified or connected to specific
responses. Responses are summarized for the resulting report. After the report
is completed, individual responses are destroyed.
You'll receive information soon from Dr. Linda Francisco telling you how to
access this survey. I hope you'll take time to share your thoughts about how to
make the University of Tennessee an even better place to work.
